How Webhooks Work
When an event happens (new order, order status change, new customer), SnappBot sends a POST request with the event data to your URL. Connect to Zapier, Google Sheets, Firebase, your own SQL database, or any system that accepts HTTP requests. Each webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify it's from SnappBot.
