6. API Keys and Integrations

Pro plan merchants may generate API keys to access the SnappBot Public API. By generating an API key, you agree that:

You may revoke any API key at any time from your dashboard. Revoked keys stop working immediately.

7. Subscription Plans and Billing

SnappBot offers the following subscription plans:

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Customer order payments are processed through Billplz (Malaysian payment gateway). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Plan fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Free Plan Limitations

The Free Plan is provided as-is with no guaranteed uptime or support. SnappBot reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Free Plan at any time with 14 days' notice.

9. Intellectual Property

SnappBot and all related software, designs, logos, and content are the intellectual property of SnappBot and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The auto-reply rules and message content you create remain your intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant SnappBot a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of SnappBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using SnappBot, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of your customers' message data complies with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in Malaysia and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

11. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of the SnappBot platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Meta/Facebook API outages), or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

SnappBot is not liable for any loss of business or missed messages resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnappBot and its operators shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SnappBot in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnappBot, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including Meta's Platform Policies.

14. Account Suspension and Freeze

SnappBot reserves the right to freeze or suspend your account at any time if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, platform policies, or applicable law, or in the event of a security incident. When an account is frozen:

We will attempt to notify you of the reason for the freeze. You may contact us to resolve the issue and request reactivation.

15. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at chengshengwu.william@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, including all API keys, products, orders, rules, flows, and customer data.

SnappBot reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice. Paid plan fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of SnappBot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
